Well I found the flaw in this product. There is a gap between the screen glass and the body of the phone. This gap causes a weak point in the glass which if any hard object wedges against that point it takes the smallest amount of movement to cause enough torque to cause the glass to fail. I really need my phone fixed or a refund but your company refuses to communicate with a live person except through your out sourced call center in India.
