This fat motherfucker is so out of touch. You don’t even play games! You even said, “I’m 30, and not quick anymore”

Stop. Just stop. Cliff has poured his heart and soul (likable or not) into this industry, for decades! You’re trash, Rich. Go cuck somewhere else

I think Cliff is still too rooted in the past. And, he carried that Gears of War hubris which worked fine in the previous decade. But, people have moved on from that years ago.
I'd like to think his heart was in the right place. And, that he wanted to make his team the new Rockstar. When in reality he was much closer to being the new Ion Storm.
Radical Heights was probably too little. As for too late… I think had they put in the time and not tried to copy the Fortnite meets Saints Row aesthetic and gone in a more original
direction things might have worked out better. But, I understand the need to quickly recoup and pay your team. Too bad Radical Heights could never be that payday.

Well, at least he was right about x box fans.

Damn. (´・_・`) I almost forgot Cliff said all that about the Xbox players. Going back in time, Boss Key kept jumping at whatever was making money and hoping to cash in.
"Free to play Battle Royal games are all the craze. And they're making money. Let's make one of those."
"Hero shooters are really popular in the multiplayer market. And they're making money. Let's make one of those."
"PlayStation 4 is outperforming the Xbox One. And they're making money. Let's make a game for only that console, and PC of course."

I feel weird when you say you are predicting something, or you predicted something right. It´s like I´m used to you talking about everyone else and all of a sudden you´re like "I predicted Radical Heights was a cash grab, it was ME who knew all along the Truth about Evil-corp-man Cliff Bleszinski, MUAHAHAHAHA"

Hate to see this happen but when it comes to Cliff, let's all be honest. He was arrogant and way to pridefully driven and last time I checked, pride cometh before the fall. I wish him luck in reflecting on his future because he's gonna have to be doing a lot of it because of his attitude.

It had nothing to do with the game industry being hard to compete in. No EA or Ubisoft executive would've signed off on a Overwatch competitor. It's just plain stupid. 1 year after the game hit the shelves and it wins GoTY. You simply do NOT compete with that. You can the project and move on. I realize how that sounds, but it's a reality in this industry. It he really cared about the 65 people and their families he would've been better business decisions. Not aimlessly try to pursue the next billion dollar IP.

Just take a note from Blizzard's book, project Titan was a 5 year development process…it was canned and reshaped into Overwatch. Look at it now! Sometimes you need to take a step back to take 2 steps forward.
