As for tip #1: when you're a tourist and you drive in the Netherlands, DON'T hit the brakes when approaching a tunnel.

We're all driving about 130 km/h and that includes tunnels.

I'm looking at you, my dear German neighbors. In Germany lots of tunnels have a 70 km/h speed limit, but in the Netherlands that's a rarity.

    Prevent accidents: speed up!

You say do not use high beams in the fog but low beams. However you show running lights rather than low beam headlights. One of the greatest menaces on the road are people who use parking lights only. Parking lights mean the vehicle is parked. In this day and age, all vehicles should be equipped with running lights on the front end so that they can be seen more clearly

I have many since moving to Louisiana, don't stop inside the roundabout, don't drive under the speed limit in the passing lane, yes, the left side is for passing, move over when traffic is coming onto the interstate, don't drive side by side with other cars, yield doesn't mean stop, if you see the police you are aloud to drive the speed limit, if the police have a car pulled over you don't have to stop in the middle of the road, and last but not least, don't make a dead stop on the interstate. I am sure there's more I haven't thought of too.

#12: Higher gear. Shouldn't it be a lower gear for snowy conditions, giving more control at lower speeds? I think so.

Ye good luck not using clutch and brake at the same time. And did you say the wheels could get locked? WHAT!? I drive a rear wheel drive manual with no systems except ABS, never had any wheels lock when using clutch and brake in HEAVY snow, yep I leave in an area that gets alot of snow.

never trust anyone , put your phone on airplane mode, if an arsehole pull in front of you, slow down and give yourself space again. and leave early so you do not have to speed to work and as for going home, is that show on tv really that important? driving is a privilege, not a right.
